Heritage Hotel Fermai M Gallery
A century-old building completed during World War I is a masterpiece by architect Petar
Senjanović, who brought a touch of recognizable Viennese Art Nouveau to Split. It was carefully reconstructed under supervision of conservators, with refreshing interior design emphasizing some of the original parts of the building. Opened in 2020, this hotel and its hosts are ambassadors of true Split charisma and hospitality.
Fermai in traditional Dalmatian dialect would mean something like “stop, slow down, wait”. We would just add enjoy!
The property is located in the city center, a walking distance to Diocletian palace and Riva.

- DBL/twin room 180 EUR
- DBL room single use 165 EUR
