*The Room Block at the Hotel Quirinale has been released. You may still contact the hotel directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask to be added to the block at the conference rates, based on availability.
Terms and Conditions
Program fees include listed food and beverage, access to the hospitality forum, transportation and experiences/activities.
Please note a transaction fee (2.9% + €0.30) will be added to any payments made via credit card or PayPal as well as €2 per transaction for an obligatory Bollo, or Italian Revenue Stamp, that must be added to the receipt.
Hotel accommodations and transportation to and from Rome is not included in the program fee.
Locations, times, and program details are subject to change.
Registration is reserved for all members of the Cornell Hotel Society. Any Rome-based hospitality professionals who are interested in becoming a member of the Cornell Hotel Society may register for the Friday All Day Registration package ONLY. Please note any other event registrations by non-CHS members will be cancelled and reimbursed. Entry to the program events will be supervised.

Cancel before July 16, 2020 – 0% penalty
Cancel before August 13, 2020 – 50% penalty
Cancel August 14, 2020 or after – 100% penalty
The dress code throughout the conference is smart or business casual, whatever is most comfortable. Cocktail attire is suggested for the Welcome Cocktail Reception and the Friday Night Industry Dinner. Formal attire is requested for the Gala Dinner and Auction (a tuxedo is not required).
